Step-by-Step Process
Follow these steps to complete this service
Register Online
Visit pnpclearance.ph and click Register to create a new account, or Login if you already have one. Supply the required personal data on the registration form and sign in.
Complete Profile & Set Appointment
Complete your profile under Edit Profile, then use Clearance Application to select your purpose, preferred police station, and appointment date.
Settle Online Payment
Pay the ₱150 clearance fee through the LandBank ePayment Portal using your preferred channel (bank transfer, GCash, Maya, GrabPay, over-the-counter, etc.). Additional convenience fees may apply depending on the channel. Keep a copy of the payment confirmation or official receipt.
Appear at the Police Station
On your appointment date, proceed to the selected police station and present a valid government-issued ID, proof of payment, and your appointment reference number. Biometrics, photo, and signature are taken before the clearance is verified and released.

- National Police Clearance appointment reference number
- First Time Job Seeker (FTJS) Certification, for applicants availing the one-time free clearance under RA 11261
